Causes of liver heat:
Excessive consumption of meat, alcohol, hot spices,
pepper, tea, coffee, etc. In addition, walking in the heat, fever, and acidity
are also the causes. Sometimes the accumulation of blood or bile in the liver
also causes heat in the liver.
Symptoms:
Severe thirst. The taste in the mouth becomes
bitter. The tongue feels dry. Appetite decreases. The color of the urine turns
red. Digestion is impaired. Constipation and sometimes fever.
Treatment:
- Anjum Kasni 6 grams in a cup of water at night in the morning to drink its zeal.
- Take 6 grams of Mint leaves in a cup of water for a whole night and drink its water in the morning.
- Lemongrass is also useful for liver heat. The use of aloe vera and pomegranate in fruits is very useful.
- Make 50 grams of camel katara and mulathi powder and use it with one gram to two grams of water in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
What to Avoid?
Avoid greasy and greasy items. Potatoes, Cabbage,
Eggplant, Bhindi Tori Kar Bala Methi, Karam Kala Meat Garam Masala
The use of gram lentils, lentils, wine, tea, coffee, oil,
sweets, etc., causes damage to the liver. Simple and home-cooked foods such as
peanut lentil porridge, black gram flour, sago, milk, soda, pumpkin, etc. are
useful.
