Stomach Pain, Stomach Diseases and Remedies to get rid off various Stomach Diseases

Diseases of the stomach

Causes:

Dietary issues such as indigestion, excessive phlegm, chronic constipation, overexertion, and anxiety can affect the stomach. Various ailments like arthritis, neuralgia, and gout may also upset the gastrointestinal system. Additionally, narcotics and stimulants like tea, alcohol, hot peppers, spices, and extreme hot or cold drinks can cause stomach problems.

Symptoms:

A feeling of heaviness in the stomach after eating, often accompanied by belching. There may be a sense of urgency and tension in the abdomen. Appetite and thirst decrease. Stomach weakness can lead to frequent vomiting. Symptoms like flatulence, stomach cramps, burning sensations in hands and feet, body pain, fatigue, weakness, and bad breath may occur.

Remedies:

  1. Boil 2 grams of cinnamon in two cups of water, reduce to one cup, and drink warm—once in the morning and once in the evening.
  2. Dry celery seeds in lemon juice seven times, then take one gram of the powder three times daily with water.
  3. 3. Prepare a homogenous powder of ginger, clove, and fennel; take one gram three times daily with water.
  4. Consume half a pinch of Kalonji after meals.
  5. Use amla powder (kasfof) mixed with water, one gram after meals.

Diet:

Avoid heavy, greasy, sweet foods like potatoes, cabbage, eggplant, sweet beans, lentils, Chapli kebabs, and beef. Also avoid tobacco, opium, and tea. Opt for light, easily digestible foods such as goat meat broth, peanut lentils, black lentils, and chapati bread.
